  • Grains
    Brain cannot work without energy. The ability to concentrate and focus come from the supply of energy in form of glucose in the blood flowing to the brain. Grains, such as cereal, wheat and pumpkin seeds, gradually release the glucose in to the bloodstream, helping the brain to stay alert throughout the day.
     
  • Broccoli

  • Eggs
    Eggs are a good source of protein. In the egg yolks, there is choline, a good nutrient to help maintain the development of memory in the brain.
